Research projects

The findings of research activity are presented at national and international conferences as publications in scientific journals and monographs or are published as academic textbooks.

The projects that dominate are connected with one of major areas of WSL’s scientific research works, i.e. “Corporate management and supply chain management”.

Nearly from the very beginning of its existence, WSL has actively co-operated with other scientific centres, both in Poland and abroad. So far, WSL has realized two international research projects, co-funded by Leonardo da Vinci Programme:

  1. NEDLOG – Modern Education for Logistics (2005-2007)
  2. DELPHI – Devising E-learning Logistic Programmes to Heighten Innovations (2008-2010)

WSL co-ordinates research projects in Poland financed by the Governmental Operational Programme Human Capital:

  1. Wielkopolska musi wiedzieć (Wielkopolska must know) (2009-2011)
  2. Wirtualne laboratoria – sukces innowacji (Virtual laboratories, success of innovation)(2010-2012)

In 2011 WSL began to carry out a two-year research project Management simulation of corporate flow of materials as a tool of multifaceted efficiency analysis of transport processes, for the realization of which WSL has received a grant from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
